| There's not much to tell - I'm nineteen, a sophomore in college, I'm writing a book (or trying to write a book), and I'm a nerd. I like Star Trek (I have since I was a kid) and Tolkien, but other than that I'm not a fan of much. Harry Potter was good, Twilight was fluffy, Star Wars was good, etc. etc. I sing in the concert choir at my college and play piano (11 years of lessons woot) and flute. I love to draw and write; it feels so fulfilling and I want other people to be able to understand my characters as well as I understand them. The hardest thing is drawing pictures of them that I actually like. I'm not a great artist...compared to some of the folks here I'm pretty terrible, actually, but I try to learn from others. Let's see, what else... I'm working this summer as a full-time nanny (he's three and the sweetest kid ever), and that takes up a lot of the time I would have used for writing. I'll answer to Chloroplast, Fish, and Shellfish, as well as Marisol. Marisol was the name assigned to me in 7th grade Spanish class, and I've kept it because my real name has French roots and sounds really funny with a Spanish accent. But enough about me. Who are you? |
